Photos and Posing
The forge runs on your photos! You can upload 1 to 3 photos of your pet to help us get the best idea of how to model your pet.
Solo shots only: Please make sure there is only ONE pet in the photo. Try to include the pet’s tail in one of the photos if possible.
- The Pose: Your pet photos don’t have to have your pet sittling, but all pets are modeled in a classic sitting position to ensure the highest quality and consistency.
A quick heads-up on angles: Because we build your custom 3D model based on 2D images, we have to guess what we can’t see. The details on the back (or any hidden sides) will be our best approximation and won’t be a perfect replica of your pet.
- A Note on Clothes and Harnesses: Because our specialized 3D printing process is limited to 4 colors total per figure, we have to prioritize your pet’s fur! If your pet is wearing a shirt or harness in the photos, it will be simplified and modeled in one solid color of our choosing based on our available filament.
Enter Your Pet's Name
Give your figure a personal touch by adding your pet’s name to the custom base. You can use up to 10 characters, so if your pup has a long, regal title, you might need to stick to their favorite nickname!
Once you complete your purchase, the forging begins. We aim to have your custom figure completed and shipped to you in 14 business days or less. Please note that timing can occasionally vary based on our current order capacity or if we need to order a special filament color specifically for your pet.
Understand the FDM 3D Printing Process
We want you to love your figure, which means setting realistic expectations for the medium we use. Each figure is 10 centimeters tall and has a weighted base.
Important Limitation: Your finished piece will be a beautifully stylized representation of your pet, not a 1:1 photorealistic replica. Due to the limits of FDM 3D printing, we work from a set palette of available filament colors, and our printers can only print up to 4 colors on a single figure.
